Refund policy
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition
Items may be opened, tried on indoors, or briefly fitted, provided no signs of wear are present
Original packaging must be included
Product tags must be attached
All returns must be approved before shipment. Return shipments sent without approval will not be accepted.
Return Authorization & Address
Due to the use of multiple fulfillment and warehouse partners, return addresses vary per case.
The return address will only be provided after return approval.
Customers must contact support@maison-aurelle.com to request a return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:
Defective or incorrect items:
Return shipping is covered by Maison Aurelle
Replacement or refund is handled per case
Change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Cancellation at the door: $20,- handling fee will be applied when item is returned to our warehouse.
Refunds vs Store Credit
Change-of-mind returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection
Damaged items are eligible for store credit only, unless otherwise determined by Maison Aurelle
Refunds exclude original shipping costs
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damage or incorrect delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. In exceptional cases, this may be extended to 48 hours.

Video evidence preferred
Resolution, including replacement, partial refund, or store credit, is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity of the issue.
